so i'm not a very political person - hence putting this photo up might seem a little weird. But i wanted to do it to be able to get a bit of information out there.
Mental illness is one of the most wide-spread illnesses in the world. It doesn't discriminate between race, gender, geographic location, income or social status. Did you know that 1 in 5 people will have a mental illness in their lifetime? Or that suicide is the second biggest cause of death for young people in Australia? This picture is of a van that we drove around a big chunk of Australia and the message is pretty simple - look after your mental health. Don't be afraid to go and get some help from a doc or counsellor. Talk to your friends, look after the people you care about. I could go on and on forever  I just think it's that important!
